  1. Here is update21: main features
  2.  
  3.   - common set of include files for both the MiNT and tos C libraries.
  4.     this is the beginning of our effort to completely merge the two
  5.     libs. also, a large part of the lib has already been commonized and we
  6.     are working on the rest. you will notice a large number of diffs
  7.     to both the lib and include files, but the functionality has not
  8.     changed in any significant way. as usual there are some bug
  9.     fixes.
  10.  
  11.   - major enhancements to libg++-2.0 (corresponding to gnu libg++-2.0.91)
  12.     all the binary file problems for the atari have been fixed, LOTS
  13.     of bug fixes over libg++-2.0. i would strongly encourage you to
  14.     read and examine the README/WHATS.NEW/Changelog/and the diffs files
  15.     in the libg++/ subdirectory in the archive.
  16.     lots of you wrote in with problems with libg++2.0, i believe that
  17.     this version answers most if not all concerns. there are some
  18.     people still clutching onto libg++-1.39 and the old streams library,
  19.     who i would encourge to switch over. its vvery hard for me to
  20.     support two versions (let alone one version -:).
